Here’s What our Order Process Looks Like – Commercial Christmas Decorations

We have had some clients place an order with us and we tell them that we are not able to complete their orders on time. This can be disappointing and it could also put our clients in a stranded position.

 

In this article, we are looking at what our order process entails and why we need a minimum timeline to be able to complete this order process.

 

To begin, we would like you to understand that all our fixtures are custom-made and made to order. This is because we want to be as specific as possible with providing products that perfectly fit your requests.

 

So, let’s look at what our 4-step order process entails.

 

Step 1

Check our website for all our Christmas Features

We have provided the details of all of our Christmas features on our website. From description to specifications of each feature. So, the website would be the best first port of call when you are looking to get an item from us.

Step 2

Call the office at (049)-854-3633 or (049)-854-8986 to discuss the requirements needed for your town or business. 

As soon as you have picked which features you want to work with for your Christmas decorations, you give us a call and we discuss the requirements for the chosen features. We would then prepare a quote based on these requirements and send it over to you for your approval.

Step 3

Order processing

After you have approved the quotation sent, your requirements would be sent out to our factory where they will be employed to create according to the specifications that you have requested. If the items needed for your feature are not in stock, our production team would manufacture them from scratch. This is usually the step that takes the most time.

Step 4

Order ready

As soon as your order is ready, we would notify you for pick up or delivery depending on the option you have chosen. This should take between 7-10 working days depending on the quantity of your order.

 

At this point, you would have completed yourorder with us, and if you have contracted us for installation of the features, that would be the next step that we would be discussing.
